How we work
Schedule, cost and exceptions, stated before they become surprises.
-
Schedules, stated plainly
Quotes list the carrier, routing and available sailings. Schedule changes are raised before cut-off, with an alternative if a rebooking is needed.
-
Costs, itemised
The quote separates ocean or air freight, terminal handling, customs, trucking and documentation. Destination charges are listed separately from the agent's quote.
-
Exceptions, explained
When an inspection, port delay or rebooking happens, we set out the options, the time each one costs and how the charges change. You decide the next step.
