From enquiry to bill of lading

A fixed order, with a document at each step.

  1. Enquiry

    Send the commodity, weight and volume, origin, destination and target sailing date.

  2. Options and quote

    We set out carrier, routing, cost components and available sailings.

  3. Booking

    Confirm container type and sailing, then we book and send the booking confirmation.

  4. Trucking and customs

    We arrange trucking and export declaration around the cut-off and gate closing times.

  5. Loaded or flown

    After loading or departure we confirm the bill of lading details and milestones.

  6. Bill of lading and arrival

    Destination agents follow arrival and collection with you.

Send the cargo details, destination and target sailing date. We reply with an executable plan on business days.
